We’re excited to soon open the doors to Gowrie Early Learning Mount Barker, our purpose-built early learning centre designed to inspire curiosity, nurture belonging, and support every child’s growth from infancy through to kindergarten.

Surrounded by the beautiful natural landscape of Mount Barker, our thoughtfully designed centre features welcoming indoor and outdoor learning environments that encourage exploration, creativity and meaningful play. Every space has been carefully created with children’s development, wellbeing and rights at its heart, using high-quality natural resources, engaging learning materials, and environments that foster independence, confidence and connection.

Our learning studios have been inspired by Menang language and culture, reflecting our commitment to honouring Country and embedding Aboriginal perspectives throughout our service. Dedicated spaces for infants and older children have been intentionally designed to meet the unique needs of each stage of development, supporting learning through play in safe, nurturing environments.

As a proud not-for-profit organisation with more than 85 years of experience in early childhood education and care, Gowrie WA is committed to providing exceptional learning experiences for children, meaningful partnerships with families, and a strong sense of community.
