Mish Taylor
Family and Community Manager

Mish's desire to work with children, families and the community has been with her for since she was very young. At 16, Mish started working part-time in Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) while at high school. Upon completing high school, she commenced her Bachelor of Education while continuing to work in OSHC and on a casual basis in Gowrie’s Early Years centres. In November 2013, she took on a casual position at Gowrie's Leeming Family and Community Centre and was permanently employed to the role of Family and Community Centre Manager in July 2014. Mish now works across our Leeming and Karawara Family and Community Centres. Her passion for making a difference to the lives of all, is comfortably aligned with Gowrie WA’s vision of providing healthy and nurturing learning environments for our children, families and community.

When not at work, Mish loves spending time with her beautiful young daughter, partner and family who she holds dear, including her very spoilt English staffy. Mish looks forward to a fulfilling career at Gowrie and continuing to love her role, and the wonderful team at Gowrie.
