We have an elected Board of Management that meets on a monthly basis, consults with all stakeholders regarding the strategic direction of the organisation, and monitors compliance and macro operations.

Service Philosophy

The Gowrie philosophy of practice states that people should be treated in a considerate and respectful way and we aim to demonstrate this through our dealing with clients, staff, children and young people and the environment.

This is important for Gowrie staff to model, as embodied in the services are strong values about strengthening family support leading to an improved quality of life.
